......本專輯諸篇論文指出：記憶緊密的聯繫文化遺產的不同功能，依賴保證個體得以適應環境之社會與文化的組織系統。記憶作為文化遺產的產物，重點並非記憶的內容，而是記憶實踐的過程；換言之，自然與文化遺產之所以能夠驅動個人與群體的回憶，就不僅止於對於習得知識的重複，而是個人與群體對於過去知識之創造性的認識。
